Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days after payment processing is complete. Orders made after 3:00 P.M (CT) on Friday will ship out on the following Monday. Orders made on the weekends will also ship out on Monday.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT CHOOSING EXPEDITED SHIPPING DURING CHECKOUT DOES NOT EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING TIME, ONLY THE SHIPPING!! IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESSING TIME PLEASE ADD "RUSH ORDER" TO YOUR CART. 

Please double check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered

 

Carriers

We use USPS to deliver our orders. We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service to ensure that your package in insured. Insurance is to protect against lost or damaged  packages during shipping. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS. (First-Class packages are NOT insured.)

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Blooms & Illusions is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Blooms & Illusions will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
