Refund Policy

We DO NOT allow any exchanges!

If you request a refund before your order is sent out you order will be refunded.

If you request a refund once your order is in transit or has been delivered, you the customers will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to return the order. You will have 3 business days after your order is marked delivered to provide us with a tracking number that shows movement or an estimated delivery date indicating that the delivery carrier has possession of the package.

You will be refunded (minus the shipping and handling fees) once the package is back in our possession. However, if there are any damaged or missing items, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you do not provide us with a tracking number within 3 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS!
