Return Policy & Process

You have 3 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY to return your item(s) if you want to receive a refund to the original payment method. A tracking number must be provided and show proof that the package is in the shipping carriers possession.

All returns that are returned after 3 business days are refunded via store credit in the form of a Blooms & Illusions E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. YOU  MUST RETURN THE ITEM FOR US TO GIVE YOU THE  STORE CREDIT.

You will be refunded (minus the shipping and handling fees) once the package is back in our possession. However, if there are any damaged or missing items, you will not be eligible for a refund.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 7 BUSINESS DAYS !
