How long does it take to process orders?

Once your payment is confirmed it takes 3-10 business days for your order to be processed. 

How long does shipping take?

 Shipping usually takes approximately 1 - 5 business days. Depending on the method you choose during checkout. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, however certain products like pepper spray & tasers can not be shipped internationally. 


Do you offer pick up?

We do offer local pick up. If you’re located in Cedar Falls, IA and would like to pick up your order, choose the pick up option when checking out.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship through USPS international orders are through USPS & DHL, depending on the shipping method you choose.


What is rush order?

Rush order is an option if you need your order ASAP. It will be processed & sent out within 1-2 business days, not including weekends or Holidays. There is a extra fee for the service.


Can I customize my keychain?

Yes you can, in our build your own keychain section. You may also choose to add items to pre-made keychains. 


Do you offer pre orders?

Not at this time.


My packaged came damaged what do I do?

Please contact USPS & file a claim.


Do you offer refunds? 

If you request a refund BEFORE your order is sent out, your order will be refunded.

If you  request a refund once your order is in transit or has been delivered, you the customer, will be responsible for covering the shipping fees to return the order. You will have 3 business days after your order is marked delivered to provide us with a tracking number that shows movement or an estimated delivery date indicating that the delivery carrier has possession of the package.

You will be refunded (minus the shipping and handling fees) once the package is back in our possession. However, if there are any damaged or missing items, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you don't provide us with a tracking number within 3 business days, you will not be eligible for a refund. NO EXCEPTIONS! 

 If it’s a digital product- once it’s sent, it can no longer be refunded.


Do you offer returns?

Returns are excepted under certain circumstances please refer to our return policy & process section for more details.

Do you offer wholesale?

Wholesale is coming soon, but for now our vendors list is available for purchase if you’re looking to start your defense business ASAP.
